Job Title

A highly skilled and experienced Team Lead Operations professional is required to manage a team effectively, achieve desired results, and ensure optimum utilization of resources.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to motivate and inspire their team members to deliver high-quality work.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily workflow to ensure maximum capacity to the project pool
  • Ensure schedule adherence for self and team
  • Overcome daily hurdles of absenteeism, erratic workflow, ad-hoc requests, etc.
  • Conduct regular one-on-ones with team members, empathize with people concerns, escalate timely on issues, and target the problem not the person attitude
  • Constantly communicate with US offices through calls and emails
  • Prepare accurate reports and submit timely to the desired recipients
  • Perform random quality checks on volumes processed by team members
  • Conduct daily meetings with team and provide timely process updates to maintain quality
  • Anticipate client's needs and prepare reports
  • Review QC feedbacks and devise ways to improve quality of the team
  • Do spot checks to uphold quality standards
Qualifications
  • Graduate or master's with any stream is a must
  • Proactive in taking up new challenges and increasing scope of self-exposure
  • Strong oral and written English communications skills with problem-solving ability
  • Good networking skills across the organization to get things done
  • Training skills to conduct process, refresher, and basic soft skills training
  • Ability to create a challenging, fast-paced team-oriented environment
  • 5-7 years of work experience in managing teams at BPO/KPO
  • Ability to de-stress the work environment under pressure
  • Very strong computer skills in Window, Word, Excel, Power Point, and Internet/Intranet
  • Ability to learn quickly and teach members on process nuances
  • Knowledge of financial services and class action and mass tort is good to have
  • Ability to interact with confidence with US internal and external customers
