Key Sales Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement key business initiatives, optimize sales performance, and drive growth.

This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and measuring sales strategies and initiatives in collaboration with the Sales and Marketing teams.

  • The ideal candidate will work closely with the Growth team and other internal teams to understand best practices, provide support, analyze client feedback, and more.
  • Create and analyze sales performance reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, proactively highlight deviations, and suggest actionable steps for course correction.
  • Monitor and analyze industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and threats.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify potential areas of growth, new product development, and innovative solutions to streamline current processes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, vendors, and partners to support business growth.
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive successful outcomes.
  • Monitor and analyze KRs across internal Growth teams. Prepare, roll out, and monitor Annual, Quarterly, and Monthly KRs.
  • Prepare various presentations for CGO/Sales leadership related to Growth/Sales.
  • Plan and implement end-to-end business/sales events.
Requirements:
  • A master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related fields, with a focus on analytical skills.
  • At least 2 years of experience in business planning, strategic projects, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering results.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate with others.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, CRMs, and other sales automation tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
