We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Officer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in leading compliance efforts and driving business growth.

Job Description

The Principal Officer will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of regulatory compliance, including ensuring adherence to SEBI Act, AIF Regulations/FEMA/IFSC regulations and circulars. You will work closely with our legal, accounting and compliance teams to ensure timely reporting and compliance.

You will also be responsible for managing investor queries, flagging issues proactively, and developing efficient controls for reconciliations, risk and compliance management. Additionally, you will represent senior management and drive the organizational culture and values among the employee base.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Alternate Investment Fund regulations
  • CS or CA or MBA qualification
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
