Job Description

Our organization requires a seasoned legal professional to oversee key aspects of our real estate operations. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in providing expert guidance on lease and sale deed matters, ensuring seamless compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing the land acquisition process, conducting thorough due diligence to guarantee smooth transactions.

Moreover, they will be expected to ensure strict adherence to RERA compliance standards, minimizing risks and liabilities for our clients.

In addition, they will develop and implement effective stakeholder management strategies, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 7-12 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex legal concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
