Transforming the lives of farmers through innovative design and technology is at the core of this exciting opportunity. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for crafting user-centric experiences that drive adoption, retention, and farmer empowerment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain design strategies and quarterly UX roadmaps aligned to business goals.
  • Translate product requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and Miro.
  • Maintain design systems, UI patterns, and style guides to ensure visual and functional consistency.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to convert epics and user stories into design deliverables.
  • Conduct end-to-end user research: interviews, field visits, surveys, and usability testing.
  • Translate feedback into actionable design improvements.
Requirements
  • 5-8 years in UI/UX design, with at least 3 years designing for mobile-first products at scale.
  • Proven experience shipping rural customer-facing or mass-market apps with measurable adoption and engagement impact.
  • Hands-on experience conducting field research and usability testing.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Expertise in Figma / Adobe XD, and prototyping tools.
  • Strong command of information architecture, interaction design, and visual hierarchy.
  • User research, usability testing, A/B testing, and iterative design practices.
