Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled UX Researcher to play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our digital products. This individual will conduct research, analyze data, and inform design decisions to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct and evaluate primary and secondary research, including user interviews, usability tests, and qualitative and quantitative domain research focused on digital products.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of users' needs, behaviors, and motivations through research methodologies such as surveys, focus groups, and A/B testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that research findings inform design decisions and drive business outcomes.
  • Analyze and interpret complex data sets, identifying trends and insights that inform product development and strategy.
  • Communicate research findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • Specialization in UX research or related background.
  • Industry experience in planning and conducting user interviews, usability testing, competition analysis, UX audits, or persona creation.
  • Minimum 6 months of full-time experience or strong internship experience in UX research.
