Job Description">

We're seeking a skilled Visual Designer to join our on-site creative team.

As a key member of our design team, you'll be responsible for crafting compelling digital experiences that effectively communicate brand stories and drive user engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design intuitive and visually stunning user interfaces that meet business objectives
  • Develop responsive web interfaces and micro-interactions using Framer
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive visual communication systems
  • Transform brand guidelines into cohesive digital experiences across platforms

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Requirements:

  • UI Design mastery in Figma with strong typography, color theory, and layout skills
  • Framer expertise for building interactive prototypes and production-ready web components
  • Adobe Creative Suite proficiency (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects for motion graphics)
  • Basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript knowledge for seamless Framer development

Soft Skills:

  • Strong visual communication skills - ability to convey messages through design
  • Experience with AI design tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly) for creative ideation
  • Ability to present and defend design decisions to stakeholders confidently
