We're looking for a talented UI/UX Developer to join our team and help us create seamless, delightful experiences for learners.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to bridge the gap between design and development and bring world-class digital experiences to life. As a UI/UX Developer, you'll own the end-to-end product interface journey - from user research and prototyping to ensuring seamless, pixel-perfect implementation with engineering teams.

  • Create intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing interfaces for apps and web platforms.
  • Use Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and design system management.
  • Design icons, illustrations, and scalable vector graphics that enhance the product experience.
  • Work with developers to ensure smooth handoff, responsive layouts, and pixel-perfect execution.
  • Conduct user journey mapping, A/B testing, and usability studies to refine designs.
  • Build user-centric designs aligned with accessibility standards and brand guidelines.
  • Innovate with motion design, micro-interactions, and modern UI patterns to elevate user engagement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Design or related field (Design/Tech certifications are a plus).
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design for apps and product interfaces.
  • Strong command of Figma for UI/UX workflows.
  • Proficiency in vector creation tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar).
  • Bonus Skills (Preferred): Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React) to support implementation.
