Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking dynamic sales professionals with 6 to 8 years of experience in channel aftermarket sales, preferably from industries such as Automotive, Auto Ancillary, FMCG, or FMCD.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets by formulating sales strategies from broad directives of the Regional Manager.
  • Drive volume and distribution expansion for assigned territory.
  • Ensure collection of receivables in accordance with credit policy.
  • Set targets for primary network as per guidelines with due regards to volume growth, outflow, and extraction of market potential.
  • Build/strengthen relations with Key Customers across the territory.
  • Implement centrally coordinated strategies, promotions, campaigns, etc.
  • Establish Market intelligence for information on Competition and business environment.
  • Adhere to company's Health and Safety Policy.
  • Plan, Budget, and Control all Expenses with effective monitoring systems.
  • Map and analyze secondary network and take suitable action to ensure stability and growth.
  • Conduct demand generation profile.

Requirements:

  • Graduate preferable degree in Mechanical/Chemical/Automobile Engineering or a Master's degree/diploma in Marketing/Business Management.
  • 6-8 years sales experience, with at least 2 years in similar level and dimensions.
  • Excellent Team Management and ability to handle team.
