Job Title: Senior Financial Data Analyst

About the Role:

  • We are seeking an experienced Workday Expenses expert to join our team and drive business process improvements, reporting, and analytics across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement best-practice business processes and solutions for finance expenses workstreams.
  • Collaborate with finance and HR teams to ensure seamless ongoing enhancements of new Workday features and functionality.
  • Provide expert support and development for Workday Expenses module, including configuration, integrations, data transmission, and troubleshooting.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and internal teams to ensure effective coordination and delivery of Workday implementations.
  • Design, configure, test, and deploy reports to support both domestic and international areas of the Workday product.
  • Optimize business processes by enhancing workflows, automating manual tasks, and providing actionable insights through data reporting and analytics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of Workday Expenses experience with proficiency in HCM.
  • Excellent knowledge of Workday Expense Configuration, Security Administration, Business Process Configuration, and EIB (Enterprise Integration Builder).
  • Proven functional expertise in the Expense module, familiarity with delivered functionality and reports, and experience performing administrative tasks in Workday.
  • Ability to customize the Workday Expense and desire to learn about and expand expertise to encompass new areas of Expense Management.
  • Hands-on experience developing and enhancing custom reports and dashboards in SaaS or enterprise systems.
  • Strong analytical, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in Agile development environments: ServiceNow, Jira.
