Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial leadership to drive profitable growth across regions through partnerships with Sales, Delivery, and Corporate Finance teams.
  • Oversee complex deal pricing for T&M, Fixed Price, Managed Services, ensuring optimal sizing, compliance, and margin safeguards.
  • Own end-to-end P&L for assigned business units, reviewing financial performance monthly with Business/Function Heads.
  • Lead the annual budgeting cycle and monthly forecasting exercises, incorporating revenue, costs, FX, and regional dynamics.
  • Deliver monthly profitability dashboards and variance analyses, recommending actions to improve margins and cash flow.
  • Provide actionable financial insights to business leaders, supporting strategic planning, GTM initiatives, and investment decisions.
  • Establish repositories for deal pricing/cost sheets, track win–loss ratios, and maintain financial models for decision support.
  • Monitor OPEX, enforce budget controls, and ensure adherence to financial discipline across units.
  • Track market/competitor movements in EMEA and highlight financial levers to strengthen positioning.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Expertise in financial management, pricing strategy, and advanced financial modeling.
  • Deep understanding of IT/technology services business models, including managed services and outsourcing.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, financial systems, and reporting tools.
  • Qualification as Chartered Accountant is mandatory.
  • 8–12 years of progressive experience in business finance roles within medium/large IT/software/services organizations, with proven exposure to Global markets.
