Job Title: Financial Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical finance professional to join our team. The primary focus of this role will be to closely monitor IT spending, evaluate efficiency, and develop frameworks for project management within the organization.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and tracking IT spending across various projects and departments, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints and financial goals. They will also identify cost-saving opportunities by conducting regular assessments of IT expenditures and optimizing resource allocation.

Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze and Track IT Spending: Monitor IT spending across various projects and departments, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints and financial goals.
  2. Identify Cost-Saving Opportunities: Conduct regular assessments of IT expenditures to identify areas for improvement and optimize resource allocation.
  3. Develop Project Management Frameworks: Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement project management frameworks that improve project delivery.
  4. Create Financial Models: Develop financial models and forecasts to support decision-making related to IT investments, resource allocation, and project prioritization.
  5. Monitor Key Performance Indicators: Develop and maintain financial dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to IT spending and project efficiency.
  6. Participate in Cross-Functional Teams: Participate in cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve financial controls, and enhance transparency within the organization.

Requirements:

  • MBA / CA / CMA
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial management software (e.g. Oracle).
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
