We are seeking a seasoned CFO to spearhead financial planning and strategy for our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting cycles to ensure timely decision-making.
  • Provide insightful recommendations to the leadership team for strategic direction.

Accounting and Financial Reporting

  • Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Indian GAAP/IFRS/Ind-AS.
  • Implement best practices in financial reporting and monitoring cash flow, working capital, and accuracy in financial MIS reports.

Audit and Compliance

  • Manage statutory, internal, and tax audits from start to finish, ensuring prompt closure.
  • Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST, FEMA, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Establish and maintain robust internal controls to mitigate risks and liaise with external auditors, consultants, and regulators.

Taxation and Regulatory

  • Oversee direct and indirect tax compliance, filings, and assessments to ensure timely payments and adherence to statutory timelines.
  • Stay abreast of regulatory changes and implement necessary process updates to maintain compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Professional accounting designation as a CA
  • Minimum 10 years' experience at a senior level financial management position in a similar industry
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Results-driven, strategic thinker, and planner
