This role offers a unique opportunity to cater to a wide variety of clients through our distinct channels, including Personal banking, Private Banking and Business Banking.

We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead our team in this dynamic market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 6 Sales Managers
  • Generate business of approximately ₹20 Cr per month through their Sales Manager team
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets
  • Hire and train new team members as needed
  • Report to the Cluster Manager

About You:

  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in sales or management
  • Strong understanding of financial markets and products
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Graduate or MBA degree
