About the Role">

At Games2win, we are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to spearhead our mobile game releases. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and experience in managing cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, preferably in the mobile gaming industry. They should be well-versed in scheduling tools such as MS Project, SmartSheets, or Trello and have a keen eye for detail.

In this role, you will work closely with the Product Manager/Producer to plan resources and dependencies for each release, delivering a project plan as the outcome. You will also be actively involved during the production phase, working with the creative, art, development & QC teams across projects to ensure they are on track.

Your responsibilities will include reviewing progress periodically, tracking checklists, and updating project timelines. If issues arise, you will escalate them immediately and clearly, providing possible options for management to decide on.

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Launched or updated products (games, preferably) regularly, at least 8 releases of an app in 12 months
  • A love for playing games
  • Familiarity with Android and iOS devices and stores (an added benefit)
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, preferably with additional formal qualifications in Project Management
