About the Role

We're looking for a
Senior Slot Game Designer
with a passion for creating engaging, innovative, and visually compelling slot machine experiences. You will lead the design and development of high-quality slot games from concept to final product, working closely with artists, mathematicians, developers, and product managers to ensure a cohesive and exciting game experience.

This is a hands-on design role for someone with a strong understanding of slot game mechanics, game math, player psychology, and industry trends.

Key Responsibilities

Game Concept & Design

  • Create and pitch compelling slot game concepts aligned with market trends and business goals.
  • Design core game loops, mechanics, features, and progression systems.
  • Collaborate with artists and animators to ensure the game's visual and thematic alignment.

Mathematics & Balancing

  • Define and work with math models and game configurations (RTP, volatility, hit rate).
  • Work with math and dev teams to tune, balance, and validate game performance and engagement metrics.

Production & Development

  • Guide games through the entire lifecycle—from ideation to live operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (art, development, QA, PM) to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Market Research & Trend Analysis

  • Stay updated with industry trends, player behaviors, and competitor games.
  • Incorporate innovative mechanics, themes, and monetization strategies.

Mentorship & Leadership

  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to improving the overall design process.
  • Lead design reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in slot game design (real money or social casino).
  • Deep understanding of slot game mechanics, math models, and player engagement strategies.
  • Proven portfolio of successful games (released titles).
  • Experience with game design documentation and working with production pipelines.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with metrics like RTP, volatility, and player behavior.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Excel, JIRA, Confluence, Unity, or similar engines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in land-based and online slot game development.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance.
  • Understanding of game monetization models.
  • UI/UX sensibility and user-centered design experience.
