Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) professional to lead our EHS team as an In Life and Fit Out Manager. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge and experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining effective EHS policies, risk management strategies, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Main Responsibilities:
• Develop surveys and assessments to identify hazardous conditions that affect workers, property, the environment, and the public.
• Investigate working conditions, determine causes, and recommend actions to prevent further incidents or accidents.
• Provide consulting on practical steps to ensure compliance with laws and regulations governing EHS matters.
• Conduct risk assessments and audits to mitigate organizational liability against relevant laws and regulations.
• Lead new employee health and safety orientation and conduct safety training programs for existing employees.
• Coordinate and attend committee meetings, network with external stakeholders, and develop emergency response plans.
• Perform other EHS activities as required by management.

Requirements:
• Strong knowledge and understanding of applicable laws, regulations, and standards governing environment, health, and safety in the workplace.
• Advanced influencing ability, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong planning, organizing, and problem-solving ability, with attention to detail.
• Able to collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders and deal with conflict situations.
• Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a related field, with relevant certifications and experience in EHS.
