Senior Project Manager Position

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver high-end interior design and fit-out projects across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.

This role demands strong leadership, technical expertise, and proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to world-class quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead multiple projects from concept to completion.
  • Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables with clients & design teams.
  • Drive full project lifecycle initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and handover.
Client & Stakeholder Management:
  • Act as the primary contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure clear communication of requirements, progress, and design intent.
  • Manage expectations, resolve conflicts, and maintain strong client relationships.
Planning, Scheduling & Cost Control:
  • Develop detailed project schedules, resource plans, and milestones.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
  • Control budgets, approve procurements, and track subcontractor payments.
Team & Site Management:
  • Lead site teams, engineers, and subcontractors to deliver on time and to spec.
  • Conduct regular site inspections for progress, quality, and safety compliance.
  • Oversee snagging and ensure smooth client handover.
Quality & Compliance:
  • Ensure adherence to design specifications, standards, and industry regulations.
  • Implement HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) protocols across project sites.
  • Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership & team management.
  • Proficient in MS Project / Primavera & AutoCAD.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling.
  • In-depth knowledge of interior materials, finishes, MEP coordination, and fit-out execution.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP / PRINCE2 Certification.
  • Experience with luxury interiors or international clients.
  • Exposure to sustainable interior practices.
Job Requirements

• Bachelors in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or Construction Management.

• 8 - 12 years in project management, with 35 years in a senior role in interiors/fit-out.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Proficient in MS Project / Primavera and AutoCAD.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

• In-depth knowledge of interior materials, finishes, MEP coordination, and fit-out execution.

• PMP / PRINCE2 Certification.

• Experience with luxury interiors or international clients.

• Exposure to sustainable interior practices.
