About the Role

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager who can oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of construction and interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing project plans, including budgeting, resource allocation, and scheduling
  • Liaising with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Leading and motivating project teams to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Monitoring and controlling project costs, timelines, and quality
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in managing construction and interior fit-out projects
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with knowledge of project management tools and techniques
  • Degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or architecture
