We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic SGM Projects to lead and oversee high-end interior fit-out projects across India. The role involves managing turnkey contracting assignments from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to quality standards, cost optimization, and seamless client satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple high-end interior fit-out projects simultaneously from inception to handover.
- Develop project execution strategies and ensure alignment with client requirements and organizational goals.
- Prepare detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Ensure strict adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
- Supervise and guide project managers, engineers, and site teams for effective execution.
- Manage relationships with architects, designers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure seamless coordination.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded.
- Conduct regular review meetings and provide project status updates.
- Implement best practices in project management and ensure compliance with safety, legal, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control at every stage.
- Monitor project budgets, approve vendor bills, and ensure cost control without compromising on quality.
- Support in bid evaluation and costing for new projects.
- Contribute to business development activities by providing technical insights and feasibility inputs for prospective projects.
