The Senior Manager - Human Resource Business Partner is a strategic consultant and owner for HR initiatives that drive organizational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals to generate value.
  • Collaborate with leadership to define and foster an organizational design and culture that supports business growth and employee engagement.
  • Analyze business-specific data to identify trends and recommend solutions aimed at improving performance, retention, and employee experience.
  • Ensure the organization is prepared to meet evolving business demands through talent development initiatives.
  • Design and execute change management initiatives effectively.
  • Enhance employee retention and engagement through targeted initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of high performance by overseeing the performance management lifecycle.
  • Provide a comprehensive on-boarding and induction experience for new employees.
  • Review and analyze business processes to identify trends and recommend solutions for improved performance and engagement.
  • Improve retention and motivation by initiating forums and mechanisms to enhance the employee experience.
  • Address and resolve employee relations issues in a fair and transparent work environment.
  • Support the leadership team on HR-related matters, including decisions, processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Engage employees through innovative people initiatives.
  • Capture and provide insights on employee sentiment to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate smooth off-boarding processes for departing employees.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Influence and partner with stakeholders across various levels of the organization.
  • Solve problems, think critically, negotiate effectively, and possess HR expertise.
  • Be proficient in HR metrics and systems, with a deep understanding of HRIS software and databases.
  • Develop HR strategies that align with and support company goals.
  • Foster a positive work environment through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

  • A Masters Degree in Human Resources Management.
  • 8-12 years of HR experience, preferably in the Software, E-commerce, or Technology industry.
