Key Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits by leveraging approved processes and methodologies.

• Enhance quality and efficiency of recommended conduct risk solutions by applying relevant frameworks, conducting research, and performing analyses.

• Set the stage for a successful assessment of client's internal audit processes and controls by collecting and organizing data.

• Enhance quality of assurance engagements by identifying risks, performing testing, researching governing regulations, and developing reports.

• Form a core Extended Enterprise Risk Management (EERM) skillset through proactively conducting research, and participating in internal and external initiatives.

• Leverage industry leading tools and frameworks to increase effectiveness of EERM solutions.

Qualifications

• Post qualification experience in Internal Audit is preferred.

• CA - Fresher or equivalent qualifications.

• Experience with Big 4/Large consulting firms and having knowledge of internal/ statutory audits of financial services clients.

• Strong knowledge of processes and systems in their respective area of operations.
