Job Description

About the position, you will be responsible for leading process standardization, simplification, and automation across transactional activities. You will also oversee service delivery consistency across shared service units.

The ideal candidate will have drive to identify value-add opportunities, extensive collaboration skills with stakeholders, and energy to implement effective end-to-end solutions for enhanced efficiency and productivity.

Principal Accountabilities and Key Activities
  • Ensure compliance with global procedures and refine them continuously for improvement.
  • Have in-depth knowledge of procure-to-pay processes and guide the service provider to improve operations.
  • Understand vendor management and focus on improving related metrics.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify operational processes and automate them using bot solutions.
  • Review and revise global standard operating procedures to align with improved processes.
  • Ensure consistent service levels from the service provider and engage with units to improve or sustain them.
  • Define and update risk and control matrices, resolve audit findings, and support internal and external audits.
  • Provide support and guidance to the business through standardized processes and controls, monitoring compliance with group policies and procedures.
Education, Qualifications, and Experience:
  1. Essential qualifications include a qualified accountant with at least 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably with exposure to operational finance.
  2. A semi-qualified accountant with at least 8 years of accounting and finance experience, including PTP/RTR knowledge, is also acceptable.
  3. Strong leadership skills, non-positional influencing abilities, and hands-on knowledge of accounting principles are required.
  4. Proficiency in SAP finance modules and advanced MS Excel is necessary.
