About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled professional to play a key role in the development and enhancement of our CRE & Construction loan origination and administration platform. This individual will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, product owners, and the technology team, ensuring that our solutions meet the evolving needs of customers in the commercial real estate market.

Responsibilities:

  • Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements for CRE & Construction loan origination and post-closing administration processes.
  • Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys with stakeholders to understand their needs and pain points.
  • Translate business needs into clear, concise, and testable user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with product owners to define product vision, roadmap, and release plans.
  • Contribute to the design and development of new features and functionalities for our loan origination and administration platform.
  • Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and automation.
  • Develop a deep understanding of construction loan processes, including budget management, draw requests, inspections, and disbursements.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with business analysis methodologies and tools.
  • Knowledge of commercial real estate market trends and practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other productivity software.
