Job Opportunity: Plant Operations Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Plant Manager to lead our factory operations in India.

Our company, a leading food manufacturer, offers premium spices, blended masalas, instant mixes, hing, and tea masala. Our modern facility follows strict quality standards like FSSAI, Agmark, and ISO 22000:2005.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage plant operations to ensure production targets and quality standards are met
  • Monitor budgets, costs, and productivity across all departments
  • Ensure compliance with Quality Risk Management, FSSCI, GPCB, APEDA, and labour laws
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of staff
  • Maintain machinery, resolve production issues, and ensure smooth operations
  • Prepare and submit production reports to management
  • Foster employee engagement and maintain cordial relations
  • Liaise with statutory bodies and manage inspections
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 10 years of experience in the Food Industry
  • B.E. / B.Tech (Food Technology) qualification
