Job Title: GRC Specialist

The GRC Specialist will work with the organization to implement and configure the OneTrust platform, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. This role is responsible for implementing a robust Governance, Risk, and Compliance framework that supports business growth while minimizing risk.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and deploy an end-to-end GRC deployment using OneTrust.
  • Configure OneTrust modules, workflows, and automation to align with organizational objectives.
  • Integrate OneTrust with systems like Jira, Kandji, AWS, and Google Workspace to enhance collaboration and efficiency.
  • Maintain compliance with industry frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, and EU AI Act.
  • Translate business requirements into technical configurations within the OneTrust platform.
  • Provide expert-level support for OneTrust implementation and configuration to ensure successful adoption.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in implementing or managing GRC platforms with a focus on compliance automation and IT risk management.
  • Proven expertise in governance, risk, and compliance principles and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex GRC solutions that meet business needs.
