Job Description

As a Senior Knowledge Development Specialist, you will be responsible for developing optimal knowledge and experience in HEOR (Economic Modeling). This involves creating and maintaining qualitative and/or quantitative deliverables according to client requirements, adhering to standard processes and timelines.

You will also be required to liaise with clients on project schedules and planning of deliverables. Additionally, you will ensure that new associates/junior colleagues deliver quality work by providing guidance and performing QC/review.

Furthermore, you will support clients in conducting payer insight generation and ad-hoc activities such as Payer AdBoards/primary market research, as needed. You will also be responsible for delivering adhoc and cross-functional requests and activities, as well as supporting the development of additional guidance and training materials.

Moreover, you will contribute to the continual improvement of assigned deliverables and the guidance template. Your long-term goal is to develop peer-level relationships with key clients.

Lastly, you will train and ensure functional development of new associates/junior colleagues within the team, while maintaining records for all assigned projects including archiving.
