Job Description

We are seeking an expert leader to spearhead our health economic modeling efforts globally. This strategic role is responsible for overseeing the development of innovative and scientifically rigorous economic models that support market access and pricing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Global HEOR Economic Modelers, fostering a culture of dedication and continuous professional growth.
  • Technical Oversight: Provide technical direction for the development of various economic models, including cost-effectiveness/cost-utility (e.g., markov, partitioned survival model) and budget impact analyses.
  • Strategic Alignment: Ensure the alignment of all modeling activities with global HTA requirements and evolving payer needs.
  • Innovation & Quality Control: Drive innovation and standardization in health economic modeling methodologies, ensuring quality control and compliance with internal and external standards.
Qualifications
  • A Doctorate, Master's, Bachelor's, or Diploma degree in Health Economics, Econometry, Biostatistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of experience in health economic modeling within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or consulting sectors.
  • Proven experience in a team management capacity.
  • A consistent track record of supporting HTA submissions and payer evidence generation globally.
  • Expert proficiency with modeling and statistical tools such as Excel, R, SAS, or STATA.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical abilities with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Communication: Excellent English oral and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor content to different customers.
