Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Economic Modeling Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development and design of health economic and outcomes research (HEOR) projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health economics, epidemiology, or a related field, with experience in conducting HEOR studies and developing economic models.

You will work closely with global partners to develop and maintain qualitative and quantitative deliverables, and support the development of additional guidance and training materials.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and design of HEOR projects
  • Develop and maintain qualitative and quantitative deliverables
  • Work closely with global partners to execute economic modeling deliverables
  • Develop and maintain long-term, peer-level trust-based collaborations
  • Support the development of additional guidance and training materials

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Education: Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in a relevant scientific field plus graduate degree (Masters or PhD) in relevant field (including health economics, epidemiology, health services research, public health, or business management)
  • Languages: Proficiency in English is a pre-requisite, while knowledge of other in-scope country languages would be an advantage
  • Experience: Pharmaceutical domain knowledge with proven experience of 5+ years in conducting health economic and outcomes research (HE&OR) in the pharma industry, contract research organization, and also experience in a closely related subject area within the pharma industry (e.g., clinical research, statistics, epidemiology, pricing analytics)

Skills and Qualifications

  • Ability to work, prioritize, and drive projects independently
  • Ability to demonstrate analytics findings to collaborators
  • MS-Office skills (MS-Excel Advanced, MS-Word, and MS-PowerPoint, VBA)
