About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves working on various projects related to health economics and outcomes research, demonstrating your expertise in economic modelling.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Support and contribute to the development, design, analysis, and interpretation of health economic projects that showcase product value.
  • Develop optimal knowledge and experience in HEOR (Economic Modelling).
  • Maintain qualitative and/or quantitative deliverables according to client requirements, adhering to standard processes and timelines.
  • Liaise with global partners on project schedule/planning and execute economic modelling deliverables, developing long-term collaborations.
  • Support global clients in generating payer insight and conducting economic modelling, as well as ad-hoc activities like Payer AdBoards and secondary market research.
  • Contribute to the development of additional guidance and training materials, such as checklists and QA processes. Work with leads for driving functional excellence across assigned businesses.
  • Drive initiatives and projects towards creating scientific and functional excellence in service deliverables.
  • Prioritize process optimization and adherence to relevant guidelines and SOPs.
What You'll Bring

We're looking for candidates with an undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field, accompanied by a graduate degree in a relevant area like health economics, epidemiology, health services research, public health, or business management.

You should be able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and drive projects forward. Additionally, you must be able to demonstrate analytics findings to colleagues.

MS-Office skills, especially advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as VBA experience are necessary. Pharmaceutical domain knowledge with at least 5 years of experience in conducting health economic and outcomes research is also required.
