We are seeking a skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for various teams within the organization.
- This position involves collaborating with global stakeholders, engaging with the COE team, and ensuring the delivery of accurate and timely financial insights.
- The successful candidate will lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, manage the preparation and delivery of accurate financial reports and dashboards, and conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 9+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or related roles.
- Experience in a COE or shared services environment is preferred.
- Proven ability to manage global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
