Key Finance Position

We are seeking an experienced finance leader to oversee our financial operations, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Financial Control & Reporting: Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Ensure Accuracy & Integrity: Verify the accuracy and integrity of the General Ledger (GL) and all financial transactions.
  • Internal Controls: Monitor internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards and audit requirements.
Financial Planning & Analysis:
  • Lead FP&A Team: Lead the Financial Planning and Analysis team to deliver strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Financial Analysis: Provide in-depth analysis of financial performance, including variance analysis, cost analysis, and profitability analysis.
  • Partner with Business Leaders: Collaborate with business leaders to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
Budgeting & Cost Control:
  • Develop Annual Budgets: Develop and monitor annual budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Conduct Cost Analysis: Conduct detailed cost analysis to identify opportunities for efficiency and optimization.
  • Long-term Financial Planning: Support long-term financial planning and investment analysis.
Requirements:
  • CA with 8-15 Years Experience: CA with 8-15 years of relevant experience with real estate industry.
  • Deep Expertise: Proven expertise in fundraising, Joint Development Agreements (JDA), statutory, internal, tax, and cost audits, with strong contractor and vendor management capabilities.
  • Proficient in Project Monitoring: Proficient in project monitoring, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial forecasting.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
