Job Title: Financial Analyst

We are seeking experienced finance professionals to fill a dynamic role within our organization.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with strong financial reporting and analysis skills to support process improvements and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create, maintain, and automate recurring revenue and expense reports.
  • Develop ad-hoc financial analysis for senior leadership and business partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design dashboards and data views.
  • Extract data from enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, business intelligence tools, and databases for reporting.
  • Reconcile data between systems and ensure accuracy of classifications and coding.
  • Maintain data integrity and resolve discrepancies in financial data.
  • Manage and meet recurring reporting deadlines.
  • Standardize reporting processes to improve efficiency.
  • Support month-end and quarter-end close with revenue and expense analysis.
Experience LevelsMid-Level Role (3+ Years Experience)
  • A solid foundation in financial reporting and analysis.
  • The ability to work independently on recurring reporting and ad-hoc requests.
  • Exposure to financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or revenue accounting preferred.
Senior Role (5+ Years Experience)
  • Advanced expertise in FP&A, operational finance, or revenue accounting.
  • Experience leading reporting process improvements and automation initiatives.
  • Strong SQL/database skills for data extraction and analysis.
  • The ability to partner with senior leaders to provide strategic financial insights.
