We are seeking a skilled professional to manage the collections process and MIS for our rural product.
About this role
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mind and excellent communication skills. The collections process involves managing Repo Stock/Overdue report/Product wise Efficiency/Billing Vs collection/NPA/Write off / Repo/Release/Sale flagging/RTGS confirmation/Contest MIS/Restructured Pool efficiency/ Bkt 2 and 3 cases with expected NPA date.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage the Collections process, including Repo Stock/Overdue report/Product wise Efficiency/Billing Vs collection/NPA/Write off / Repo/Release/Sale flagging/RTGS confirmation/Contest MIS/Restructured Pool efficiency/ Bkt 2 and 3 cases with expected NPA date.
- Launch contests for NPA % and write off cases as per management requirement.
- Prepare contest payouts as per performance and eligibility.
- Value repo assets through vendor partners.
- Set up processes with call centres for pre- and post-delinquency management (IVR calling and sending SMS).
- Represent banking bounce cases as per due dates.
- Identify repeat bounce cases and allocate them to sales and collection field teams for collecting fresh/new mandate forms from customers and registering them with the banking operations team to reduce bouncing numbers.
- Focusing on Restructured cases and ensure collections.
- Flag Repo/Sale/Release in the system as per process.
- Identify cases for legal initiation for GECL NPA cases for settling claims.
- Provide management reporting and MIS (daily/weekly/monthly).
