Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Specialist to lead our testing efforts and ensure the highest quality products. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software testing, automation, and leadership.

The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and reporting on test plans, as well as mentoring and guiding team members. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure product quality
  • Leverage automation tools to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs
  • Provide regular progress updates and recommendations to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in software testing and automation
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering results-driven outcomes
  • Expertise in cloud-based platforms, including AWS, Azure, and GCP
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization using Kubernetes and Docker
  • Strong understanding of functional UI and API automation
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in cloud computing or related field
  • Experience with DevOps practices and tools
  • Knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts
