Custom Order Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Custom Order Manager to lead our custom order lifecycle, from client brief to delivery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end execution of custom and bespoke rug orders, including design interpretation, sampling, costing, production timelines, and final delivery.
You will work closely with clients, designers, and internal design teams to understand specifications, material preferences, color palettes, and technical requirements. Your role will involve translating client briefs into actionable production plans by working closely with weaving clusters, dyeing units, and artisans.
Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining custom order trackers, T&A (Time & Action) calendars, and internal coordination sheets to ensure timely delivery. You will also conduct feasibility analysis for custom requirements, such as technique, size, color limitations, and material selection.
In addition, you will ensure strict adherence to quality and compliance standards for all custom products and support costing and pricing strategies, balancing product value with profitability.
Working closely with the sales, marketing, and export teams, you will provide updates, sample approvals, and production status. Finally, you will provide post-delivery feedback and continuous improvement insights for process optimization.
