Job Title: Order Management and Transaction Processing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to coordinate order processing and transaction activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the coordination of order processing and transaction activities.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Coordinating order processing and transaction activities;
  • Supervising and managing daily tasks related to customer service, including obtaining and reviewing legal agreements for completeness of terms and conditions;
  • Maintaining accurate records of equipment database and processing movements, additions, and cancellations;
  • Generating invoices that cover preferences and validation of revenue recognition criteria;
  • Ensuring compliance with company procedures and policies;
  • Reconciling and reporting monthly verification of revenue data, providing corrections and clarifications of reported results;
  • Archiving and record retention in accordance with company policies and practices;
  • Providing internal and external audit support as requested.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field;
  • At least 1 year of experience in order management and transaction processing, preferably within a global or multinational organization;
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills;
  • The ability to communicate effectively with all involved parties on different levels of the process;
  • Dedication and a strong sense of accountability;
  • A high sense of urgency and a passion for delivering excellent service and problem-solving.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Outsourced exposure or experience;
  • Global/multi-country experience;
  • Analytical skills.
