Order Fulfillment Associate

The role of Order Fulfillment Associate is a critical component of our Global Shared Services Centre. This position involves managing order fulfillment for our India market, collaborating with various departments to provide top-notch service from order acceptance to delivery.

This individual will be responsible for daily booking of customer purchase orders in an ERP system, managing orders through the system, and addressing customer queries. Key responsibilities include processing email Purchase Orders, retrieving orders from partner portals, verifying product availability, and coordinating with purchasing teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process and book customer purchase orders in the ERP system.
  • Retrieve orders from partner portals and process them into the system.
  • Verify product pricing and availability.
  • Coordinate with purchasing teams to determine lead times when supply is not available.
  • Exercise discretion to prioritize product allocations when supply is limited.
  • Provide inside sales support, including interface with customer master data, credit, purchasing, logistics, and sales.
  • Process customer returns and credit note requests in a timely manner.
  • Answer customer inquiries regarding order status, product availability, and lead times.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and respond promptly.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and revenue recognition requirements.

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 4+ years of experience in account management and customer service.
