- Main Responsibilities:
- Drive improved customer onboarding experiences by designing progressive onboarding journeys, creating interactive onboarding assets, and automating reminders for essential action items, leading to faster time-to-value.
- Manage the execution of customer data-driven adoption and engagement campaigns, automating evergreen customer marketing programs for enhanced customer experience and better process efficiency.
- Partner closely with global marketing stakeholders to coordinate campaign scheduling, asset creation, campaign builds, reviews, internal approvals, and reporting.
- Collaborate with the analytics team to own post-campaign analysis and reporting, optimizing and refining the reporting mechanism for customer marketing programs.
- Communicate program timelines, execution, and results to all global stakeholders.
- Manage internal wikis and marketing enablement for relevant programs.
- Requirements:
- A strong understanding of marketing campaign design and execution, particularly in a customer-focused environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational and program management skills.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and under strict timelines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Hospitality industry experience and SaaS environment knowledge are pluses.
