Healthcare Data Modeling Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Data Modeling Expert to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in cloud-based data engineering, healthcare data modeling, and consulting.

  • Data Pipeline Design: Design scalable data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Kafka.
  • Data Warehousing Solutions: Architect robust data warehousing solutions using Snowflake and other cloud-native technologies.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Data Quality: Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all data platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Transformations: Perform advanced data transformations, cleansing, and enrichment to support analytics and reporting needs.
  • Pipeline Performance: Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline performance and reliability.
  • Documentation: Document technical designs, processes, and best practices.
  • Healthcare-Specific Models: Design and implement healthcare-specific data models including payer modules.
  • Data Modeling Tools: Utilize data modeling tools to create and maintain healthcare data models aligned with business requirements.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 7+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering and cloud platforms.
  • Skills: Strong expertise in Azure Data Factory (ADF), Databricks (PySpark, Delta Lake), Apache Kafka.
  • Certifications: Proven experience in data warehousing, ETL/ELT design, and data modeling.
