Job Description

You will transform large-scale health data sets into actionable insights that empower better healthcare decisions. Your expertise will be critical in delivering high-impact outcomes for pharmaceutical companies, healthcare providers, and governments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage advanced data analytics, predictive modelling, and real-world data (RWD) to deliver results-driven solutions.
  • Support the full lifecycle of pharmaceutical products-from development to market launch and post-market monitoring-using advanced analytics to uncover key trends and opportunities.
  • Conduct market sizing, cohort analysis, risk stratification, and KPI modelling to inform product and marketing strategies.
  • Develop and present interactive dashboards, visualisations, and executive presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years' experience in commercial Patient Analytics, commercial data analytics, data science, or advanced manipulation and interpretation of real-world healthcare datasets.
  • Proven expertise in SQL (advanced joins, window functions, aggregations), Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, XGBoost), and data visualisation tools (Power BI, Excel VBA/Macros, Power Query).
  • Strong background in healthcare analytics using datasets from reputable sources.
  • Experience with predictive modelling, machine learning, risk stratification, and product uptake forecasting.
  • Skilled in dashboard development, storytelling, and executive-level presentations.
