Transaction Advisory Expertise

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Transaction Advisory Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality work under the guidance of the respective team lead in several key areas.

The successful candidate will:

  • Coordinate with transaction teams to support on-ground development of projects, including close interaction with client stakeholders;
  • Develop an understanding of commercial and contractual implications under various contracts, specifically for project financing;
  • Analyze key business drivers and conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis to ensure compliance with project documents and applicable accounting & taxation principles;
  • Gather information and conduct analysis to design and develop best solutions for clients;
  • Prepare reports, information memoranda, summaries, and presentations.

Client Interaction

The ideal candidate will interact and engage with client teams to understand their requirements, respond to changing needs and priorities, and support the team in designing and developing solutions to address client needs.

Business Development

You will conduct research and analysis of sectors, geographies, clients, competitors, and data to generate Business Development opportunities. Additionally, you will support the development of proposals requested by potential clients.

Key Skills and Qualifications:-

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Full-Time MBA in Finance from premier B-Schools;
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in Project Finance/Financial Advisory;
  • Experience working with International Banks/Investors/Corporate/Financial Advisory firms is preferred;
  • A basic understanding of Public Private Partnership (PPP) working;
  • Strong Financial Modelling Acumen.
