Senior Transaction Advisory Professional

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our transaction advisory services team in financial due diligence procedures for buy-side and sell-side engagements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting or finance, with a minimum of five years of experience leading transaction advisory services engagements.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead engagement teams in conducting thorough financial due diligence for target companies.
- Prepare and update document request lists and management meeting agendas.
- Evaluate financial trends and operational performance of target companies.
- Develop clear and concise financial due diligence reports.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in accounting or finance from an accredited institution.
- Current licensed CPA/CA with significant experience in the field.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
