**Strategy Transformation Lead**

Role Overview: We are seeking a seasoned **Strategy Transformation Manager** to drive strategic initiatives and support business management activities.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, experience with reporting tools, and the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive reports and presentations to track progress against strategic objectives for senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Create compelling business cases for transition and transformation opportunities.
  • Prepare key governance meeting content, including risk assessments, quarterly performance reviews, and board presentations.
  • Support the development of CEO town hall content and other strategic communications.
  • Reconcile internal and external headcount data with HR systems to track entity growth and scale.
  • Develop headcount and financial metrics projections based on current staffing, open positions, and planned transitions.
  • Prepare engaging presentations for quarterly business reviews and maintain regularly updated business decks for leadership consumption.
  • Maintain and improve dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI, identifying opportunities for automation to streamline reporting processes.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and external vendors to coordinate enhancements and major updates to reporting infrastructure.
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support strategic planning and drive data-backed decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, project management, or business management.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
