Job Role Overview:

  • Our ideal candidate is a highly skilled Process Manager responsible for developing and implementing business processes to drive operational excellence, stakeholder collaboration, and business growth.
  • Key Responsibilities include formulating KPI tables, managing detailed performance metrics, leading improvement initiatives in internal business/operational processes, driving innovation and automation, and engaging employees in various operational excellence initiatives.
Service Delivery Objectives:
  • Provide service delivery support to process owners located at different sites by ensuring teams adhere to company policies and standards.
  • Manage headcounts and coordinate at client sites, focusing on quality service delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

Project and Team Management Objectives:

  • Oversee multiple projects across different lines of business (LOBs) ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Lead a diverse team of members including business analysts, process excellence leads/managers, and content developers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Currently working as Assistant Manager or Manager for 2+ years with experience in project management and people management.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong understanding of mistake-proofing and automation tools.
  • Lean Six Sigma GB certified (or BB trained) and extensive understanding of business operations and process efficiency.

Work Environment and Requirements:

  • Work from Client Location (Leading Ecom/Shopping Website).
  • 5 Days Working / India Work Hours.
