We are seeking a skilled Back Office Operations professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our back office processes, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing daily back office operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy. This includes processing and verifying financial transactions, maintaining and updating records and databases with financial data, and collaborating with other departments to streamline processes and resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications

Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field, and have 2-10 years of experience in back office operations or related roles. They should also have strong knowledge of financial transactions and accounting principles, experience with back office software and databases, and excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a team, have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and be able to communicate effectively.
