We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Online Assistant Manager to join our team at Talent Corner HR Services Pvt Ltd. As an Online Assistant Manager - Aggregator Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key aggregator partners such as Swiggy and Zomato.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and business development opportunities with aggregator platforms
  • Act as the main point of contact for franchisees, resolving any issues that may arise and ensuring a high level of service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies specific to aggregator platforms to drive revenue growth and market share

Additionally, you will be responsible for analyzing sales data from aggregator platforms to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing regular sales performance reports to management, highlighting key insights and recommendations, tracking and optimizing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as AOV and number of orders, and working closely with the aggregator team to ensure the effective promotion of products on aggregator platforms.

Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product teams
