Salary - Upto 7 LPA Roles & Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with key aggregator partners, such as Swiggy and Zomato. Negotiate contracts, terms, and business development opportunities with aggregator platforms. Act as the main point of contact for the franchisees, resolving any issues that may arise and ensuring a high level of service. 1.Sales Strategy & Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies specific to aggregator platforms to drive revenue growth and market share. Monitor sales performance across aggregators and implement tactics to achieve or exceed sales targets. 2.Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze sales data from aggregator platforms to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Provide regular sales performance reports to management, highlighting key insights and recommendations. Track and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) such as AOV and number of orders 3.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the aggregator team to ensure the effective promotion of products on aggregator platforms. 4.Market Research: Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and innovations within the aggregator space. Provide insights to the management team regarding industry developments and changes in consumer behavior through aggregators. Qualifications: Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA is a plus). Skills: 1.Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. 2.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. 3.Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product teams. 4.Familiarity with aggregator platforms (e.g., Swiggy, Zomato, etc.) and their operating models. 5.Strong project management skills and attention to detail. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Key Competencies: 1.Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. 2.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 3.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex partnerships. 4.Self-motivated, with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
