Technology Solutions Expert

This role is pivotal in expanding our client base and representing excellence in technology staffing solutions.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technology Solutions Expert to spearhead client relationships, understand their staffing requirements, and ensure our services exceed expectations.

  • Develop and maintain strong client connections in the IT sector.
  • Create new business opportunities and expand our client portfolio through proactive outreach.
  • Understand clients' technical staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues promptly.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Preparing and presenting regular account status reports to senior management.
  • Maintaining accurate client information in CRM systems.
  • Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Collaborating with delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the IT industry, excellent communication skills, outstanding negotiation and problem-solving abilities, and proficiency with CRM/ATS and VMS platforms.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in account management within the Technology and IT staffing industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong understanding of IT environments and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
