Role Overview:

We are seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
to join us in a
Full-time, On-site and Remote capacity
in Delhi. As CMO, you will lead all marketing, branding, and sales initiatives, driving growth and enhancing our market presence. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the marketing strategy of a technology-driven company while holding
5% equity
and the chance to invest in our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities
  • Oversee public relations, branding, and communication efforts
  • Drive sales initiatives and collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with company goals
  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in
    market planning, research, and strategy
  • Expertise in public relations, marketing management, and sales
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Demonstrated success with marketing campaigns and business growth
  • Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Experience in the technology industry
    is a plus
